answer the telephone in that organizations name.
Their site can be fully branded/personalized or simply support a company/organization
logo and contact information. The site also provides full search and booking
capabilities such as those found at Expedia or Travelocity except with the added
feature of being designed exactly like you want.

1. The Travel Centers include:

- Look, book, review, change, cancel ANY air/hotel/car reservation
- Print Travel documents instantly

- An 800 number to the TC with experienced travel agents. The agents who answer the telephone, WITHIN 3 RINGS, will have an average of over nine years of high volume corporate experience, including two years of extensive international training and experience

2. Registration site:
- Take all hotel reservations
- Takes all forms of payment, including credit cards
- Sends one master rooming list to the hotel. The list will have all of the pertinent information on it including room type, check in/check out date, etc
- Send one payment to hotel for all of the attendees to the event. Hotel and client staff does not have to run hundreds of individual credit cards, checks, cash, etc
- Sends a report to client with all declined and invalid credit cards. This report included all of the attendees contact info (address, telephone, email) to make it easy for the client to retrieve an alternate form of payment
- Sends a report to client with the entire profile of the attendees. This report lets the client know information such as where, geographically the attendees are coming from, when they are arriving, and much more important information to be used in a database
- Takes all air line reservations
- Makes rental car reservations
